The Hook Loader is an innovative solution designed to efficiently manage the collection, transportation, and unloading of urban bags and bulk domestic garbage. As a specialized vehicle, it plays a crucial role in streamlining urban waste management operations.
The Hook Loader's sophisticated design includes a chassis, boom's main cylinder, auxiliary frame, overturning frame, locking device, locking cylinder, and a multi-way reversing valve, among other components. Ingeniously engineered, one end of the turning frame connects seamlessly with the auxiliary frame, while the opposite end features a dynamic movable boom. At its center, a robust locking system ensures ultimate security. The movable boom's cylinder is strategically connected to the boom on one end and to the auxiliary frame on the other. Through a meticulously orchestrated motion, the locking mechanism powers the lock cylinder to expertly secure the enclosure to the frame, creating a cohesive unit with the flipping frame and boom. When engaged, the main cylinder and cylinder piston create a precise tipping angle for maximum efficiency, securing the back of the cylinder for optimal flipping and frame attachment. This design enables the main oil cylinder to adeptly maneuver the boom, seamlessly attaching and detaching the dustbin from the ground to the frame, ensuring smooth and effective operation.
With an intelligent hook boom concept powered by a cylinder, the Hook Loader excels in loading, unloading, and lifting garbage containers effortlessly. This is achieved through a user-friendly hook boom mechanism. It offers versatile control via multi valves on the truck, complemented by a convenient button in the cab. A two-direction balancing valve, strategically installed on the boom, facilitates precise control over loading and unloading speeds for containers.
