1. Prepare for homework
(1) The back of the suction car is as close to the operation point as possible, and the car is parked.
(2) Turn the return oil tank through the cock screw to an Angle of about 45° with the inlet oil pipe axis, observe the inlet oil pipe, there should be lubricating oil flow.
(3) Open the side door of the cabinet, take out the suction hose, and make it swing backward without bending.

2. Suction operation
(1) Pump the dirty hose as deep as possible into the dirty liquid to ensure that the end of the pipe is always less than 300mm away from the liquid level during the operation.
(2) Push the four-way valve handle to be perpendicular to the ground.
(3) Hang the transmission into neutral, and then start the engine, disengage the clutch, pull the force changer switch back, that is, shift the force, and the vacuum pump starts to operate.
(4) Open the cockpit toolbox, pull out the sound switch, and turn on its power.
(5) The operator can pass the observation mirror on the back seal head. When the liquid level reaches the middle of the observation mirror, the driver should be notified, and the colleague should quickly pull the suction hose off the ground or close the four-way valve. Under normal circumstances, the sound will emit an audible and optical signal at this time, and the driver should reduce the throttle when receiving the signal, shift the switch of the force extractor forward, stop the vacuum pump, press the switch of the sound to cut off its power supply.
(6)The refueling box through the cock handle plate and into the mailbox axis is parallel to close.
(7)After washing the hose, put it back in the cabinet, close the side door, and make the boom face above the cab.
(8) Close the anti-overflow valve so that its handle is perpendicular to the road axis.
(9)Drive the suction truck away from the operation point.

3. Discharge operation
(1) Orient the suction hose towards the sewage storage tank.
(2) Pull the back handle of the four-way valve parallel to the ground, open the overflow valve, and make the handle parallel to the pipeline axis.
(3) Put the transmission into neutral, start the engine again, disengage the clutch, pull the force changer switch back, that is, shift the force, and the vacuum pump starts to operate.
(4) After the sewage in the tank is discharged, the driver should push the force extractor control handle forward in time, that is, the gear is removed, and the vacuum pump stops running.
(5) Close the fuel tank through the cock handle plate parallel to the axis of the intake mailbox. After washing the hose,
